Defining Characters
Characters are the individuals who drive your story forward through their thoughts, actions, and interactions with one another. Their personality, motivations, and backstory define them. They serve to connect the audience with your story and make it relatable.
As the story builds, characters will create conflict, tension, and drama within the plot. In addition, characters can also represent particular themes or ideas in a story, making it deeper and more meaningful.
This makes characters the backbone of any story. And, without them, a story would be flat and uninteresting.
